The Isle of Wight Clerk of Circuit Court Secure Remote Access Site
Welcome to the Isle Of Wight County Clerk of Circuit Court's secure remote access site. This site has recently been modified to include all of the land records made available by the Clerk's office. This includes all of the current indexing data and companion images. This site will continue to provide access to scanned index books for land records and images associated with those records. The user name and passwords assigned to the current SRA site will also be valid for this site.
Full access to this site is granted to subscribers with a valid Username and Password. If you only need to access the site for a single day, you do not need to fill out and notarize a signed agreement. The signed and notarized agreements are required for users who wish to purchase a subscription of 3 months or longer. If you wish to purchase a new subscription, or you wish to renew a subscription that has been dormant for over 1 year, please download, complete, notarize and return the SRA Individual Application and Agreement to our office.
